This is not just a timeline. We like to think of it as a “Coordinator’s brain on paper”. It is the framework that will contain all the details that your Bridal Party, Officiant, DJ/Emcee, Photographer, Videographer, Caterer, Bartender, Coordinator, & other vendors need to work together like a well-oiled machine. It includes the basic where/when info you’d expect PLUS announcements to be made, song selections, notes about set up/transition times, reminders for vendors to stay one step ahead, & more.

More specifically - this virtual consultation is for the couple who is looking for a way to structure their big day that is reliable & user-friendly. They may have vendors already in place (or even just in mind) but are looking for a tool to tie them all together & keep the information in one centralized location. Obviously we are BIG proponents of hiring a Day Of Coordinator - this timeline could be handed over to any coordinator & will set them up for success!

It’s never too early to start planning! However, we designed this virtual consultation process with couples within 6 months of their wedding in mind. We see the most “bang for your buck” at about 3-4 months away from your big day. Consultations can be scheduled in advance, so feel free to look ahead & book an appointment with us!
