  • Direction of the rehearsal (Up to 1 hour)

  • Coordination of Vendors

  • Direction of day of set up

  • Day of coordination: ceremony & reception

For those couples who have the plans in place & just need someone to help carry out the details - hand your hard work over to us & enjoy your big day! Let us field questions, direct vendors & key players, keep details in order, and make sure your day is as seamless as possible. Our goal is for you & your loved ones to be fully present in enjoying the events of the day.

Tier 2 Package

  • Consultation Meeting (Up to 2 hours)

  • Lead up planning support (up to 6 months before)

  • Access to wedding workbook: An organizational template for all your planning needs

  • 1-on-1 planning sessions (up to 10 hours)

  • Site mapping

  • Construction of Wedding day timeline

  • Communication with/coordination of vendors

  • Direction of the rehearsal (up to 1 hour)

  • Direction of day of set up & clean up

  • Day of coordination: Ceremony & Reception (up to 12 hours)

$1500 - $2000*

For the busy couple who just needs a teammate in making sure plans come together. We’d love to come alongside you & dive into the nitty gritty details of your big day. Let us do the legwork to communicate with vendors, map out the layout for the venue, draft a detailed schedule for the day, and be your right-hand-pal for whatever comes up! Our goal is to make the planning process memorable and stress-free!

Tier 3 Package

  • Consultation Meeting (Up to 2 hours)

  • Lead up planning support (up to 12 months before)

  • 1-on-1 planning sessions (up to 20 hours)

  • Access to wedding workbook: An organizational template for all your planning needs

  • Decor design

  • Management of rental Order

  • Site mapping

  • Construction of Wedding day timeline

  • Recommendation & Booking of vendors

  • Communication with / Coordination of Vendors

  • Direction of the rehearsaL (Up to 1 hour)

  • Set up & clean up Oversight (Including day before wedding, up to 6 hours)

  • 2 on-site coordinators for the big day: Ceremony & Reception (up to 12 hours)

$3,000 - $5,000*

For the couple who wants to delegate the planning & dream big! We’d love to hear your vision & make it a reality. Let us figure out the details, provide you with options, and lead the charge in making it all happen. This package comes with 2 on-site coordinators for your big day. Our goal is to allow you to be as involved (or not!) in the decision-making process & watch your hopes for your big day become realities!

Destination Package

  • Your Choice of Tier 1 or tier 2 services

  • 2 On-site coordinators for the Big Day: Ceremony & Reception (Up to 12 hours)

    $2,000 - $3,000* + Travel Costs

    (Transportation, Accommodation, & Food stipend)

For the couple who wants to team up with us to pull off their big day outside of the Willamette Valley! We’d love to come to you! This package comes with 2 on-site coordinators & is customizable to fit your specific needs.
